Well, among working to clear out all the stuff we have stored in Aberystwyth, I thought about all our sorting and things. It is quite a challenge. I have books, and of course I need most of them, but Vanessa has a lot of school papers and things that are even more difficult for her. We took a few books to Hey on Wye to sell and found out that it would be better to sell them in Aberystwyth. we met Tim & Hillary who we had rented an annex of here house when we were first married, I think in many ways that was the most peaceful time. It is always a great time seeing them and tim loves a book or two or three. Hey on wye is a town of used books with numerous used books, not a place to miss on any route around Britain.
On the way back we stopped at a little Chef. Now I realize what many think of Little Chef, but to be honest it was’t that bad. Not great but it sufficed for our journey. It met our needs and was OK and did not cost the moon. A bit like Denny’s in the States, really, but then I know what some people say about denny’s. Well I guess I might have to visit Denny’s before moving because quite simply unless there are major changes neither will be in Central Asia.
