I bought this recently, I needed a new meter and wanted to evaluate UNI-T well its OK its worth. it’s as good as you can get for $65us but its not great. I would prefer a Fluke. This is actually to replace a Fluke that I have thats not working quite right. Fluke’s are the default standard and I have yet to see anything better. Its OK though It doesn’t have auto shut off and It uses 9v batteries and those are pretty expensive here.
The most important thing is to not plug in the test leads into the current slot and check voltage from the wall. Well because then you will see arching and buying new fuses. Its not a fluke, but don’t do anything stupid like I did.
